Love for Orlando

If we do not have LOVE, we have nothing else to offer! If we do not speak words of LOVE we have nothing else to say. If we do not act out of LOVE and perform acts of compassion nothing else is of value. The Gospel message is “God is Love” – there is no other message.

How we treat others is the true test of what we believe. Acceptance rather than condemnation. Service rather than exploitation. Giving rather than taking. Listening rather than denouncing. Meeting needs of others rather than indulging ourselves.

There is a fresh wind of the Spirit blowing. Hearts and minds once closed are opening. Persons who felt like outsiders are being welcomed. Walls and other barriers are crumbling. But we still have work to do.

We must actively work for justice. We must diligently seek peace. We must whole-heartedly and with energy and utmost urgency share LOVE!
