Cy Lynch, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, continues his series of sermons on “Transformational Prayer.”
In this video, he examines Matthew 6:10, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (NIV). In this simple model of true prayer, Jesus teaches how prayer changes things. First, prayer changes us so that we are ready for God to use us to change the world around us. Then we get up off our knees enlightened as to God’s will for us and empowered by God to fulfill God’s will by acting in ways to further God’s reign right here, right now.
